About this product

Our wooden musical instrument — Hand Held Birch Tambourine Drum 6 Inch Metal Jingles Bell Percussion Gift Musical — is made for children aged three to five. It gives a child hand control from holding a mallet or a brush, and gives the adult the kind of play that fills a rainy afternoon. The finished piece measures , measuring about 6inch 8 Inch 10 Inch and is cut from solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Painted parts are finished with water-based paint and checked for EN71-3 migration before packing. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

Pricing starts at 50 pieces and production is around 15 days. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

Are the instruments tuned?
Xylophones and glockenspiels are tuned to a diatonic scale. Drums and shakers are checked for tone and volume consistency rather than pitch.
Can instruments carry our brand?
Yes — laser-engraved or printed logo on the body, and a printed box or cotton bag.
Is there a test report?
Yes, per model: EN71 for the EU, ASTM F963 and CPSIA for the US. Reports are supplied with the quotation.
