About this product

This wooden children's easel belongs to the Art & Music range and is built for children from three years. It is designed around hand control from holding a mallet or a brush and a quiet activity next to a loud one. It measures about 39 × 18 × 12 cm. Material: solid hardwood.

It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Art & music range. Bars and keys are tuned by removing material from the underside, then sealed so moisture does not shift the pitch. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

Pricing starts at 50 pieces and production is around 30 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
