About this product

In the Art & Music range, Wooden Musical Instruments Set Orff Percussion Xylophone Tambourine Maracas Sensory is a wooden musical instrument for school-age children. What it asks for is hand control from holding a mallet or a brush, not a screen. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 28 × 25 × 8 cm, in solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Painted parts are finished with water-based paint and checked for EN71-3 migration before packing. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

3 pieces is the minimum run and production takes roughly 7 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

Are the instruments tuned?
Xylophones and glockenspiels are tuned to a diatonic scale. Drums and shakers are checked for tone and volume consistency rather than pitch.
Can instruments carry our brand?
Yes — laser-engraved or printed logo on the body, and a printed box or cotton bag.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 3 pieces for stock colours. A custom colourway or printed box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
