Wooden Musical Instrument Toy Set for Kids Montessori Educational Toy with Xylophone

About this product

Our wooden musical instrument — Wooden Musical Instrument Toy Set for Kids Montessori Educational Toy with Xylophone — is made for babies and toddlers. It gives a child cause and effect a child can hear, and gives the adult a quiet activity next to a loud one. The finished piece measures , measuring about 16 × 12 × 7 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Painted parts are finished with water-based paint and checked for EN71-3 migration before packing. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

It is quoted at MOQ 50 pieces, with production around 7 days. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
