Our wooden musical instrument — Wooden Hand Drum Tambourine, 4 to 10 Inch Sizes for Wedding, Christmas Events and Retail — is made for children aged three to five. What it asks for is rhythm and turn-taking in a group, not a screen. It measures about 4 Inches / 6 Inches / 7 Inches / 8 Inches / 10 Inches. It is made from solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Instrument bodies are cut and hollowed, then sanded inside and out before the sound is checked. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

It runs from 10 pieces and takes around 10 days to produce. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
