It is designed around the kind of play that fills a rainy afternoon and a quiet activity next to a loud one. Dimensions are , measuring about 38 × 10.6 × 34.8 cm; the set is a single piece.
It is made the way we make everything in this range. Instrument bodies are cut and hollowed, then sanded inside and out before the sound is checked. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.
It runs from 12 pieces and takes around 20 days to produce. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
