Wooden Auditory Development Percussion Instrument Children's Vocal Enlightenment

About this product

Wooden Auditory Development Percussion Instrument Children's Vocal Enlightenment is the kind of wooden art and music toy that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. The point of the toy is hand control from holding a mallet or a brush; the second benefit is the confidence of making a sound on purpose. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 25*17*8cm.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. Bars and keys are tuned by removing material from the underside, then sealed so moisture does not shift the pitch. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

MOQ 20 pieces; allow 31 days for production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
