Solid Wood Orff Musical Music Educational Teaching Aids Toys Train Whistle Wooden

About this product

Solid Wood Orff Musical Music Educational Teaching Aids Toys Train Whistle Wooden is a art & music toy from our Art & Music range, made for children from 12 months. It is designed around hand control from holding a mallet or a brush and rhythm and turn-taking in a group. Dimensions are , measuring about 19*3.5*3.5cm; the set is a single piece.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Instrument bodies are cut and hollowed, then sanded inside and out before the sound is checked. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

It runs from 1 piece and takes around 25 days to produce. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
