Part of our Art & Music range, Quality Custom 5A/5B Hickory Drumsticks Maple Wood Percussion Instruments Durable is a wooden art and music toy designed for children from three years. The point of the toy is the kind of play that fills a rainy afternoon; the second benefit is hand control from holding a mallet or a brush. It measures about 5A/5B/7A/2B. Material: solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Painted parts are finished with water-based paint and checked for EN71-3 migration before packing. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

10 pairs is the minimum run and production takes roughly 25 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
