About this product

A wooden musical instrument for babies from about 18 months, Music Toy Set Blank Color Baby Educational Toy Wooden Kid Music Instrument Baby Toy is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. It is designed around a quiet activity next to a loud one and cause and effect a child can hear. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 15.0 × 30.0 × 20.0 cm in solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Painted parts are finished with water-based paint and checked for EN71-3 migration before packing. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

100 sets is the minimum run and production takes roughly 16 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

Are the instruments tuned?
Xylophones and glockenspiels are tuned to a diatonic scale. Drums and shakers are checked for tone and volume consistency rather than pitch.
Can instruments carry our brand?
Yes — laser-engraved or printed logo on the body, and a printed box or cotton bag.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 100 sets for stock colours. A custom colourway or printed box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
