About this product

This wooden musical instrument belongs to the Art & Music range and is built for preschool children. The material and the shape support rhythm and turn-taking in a group and cause and effect a child can hear. Dimensions are , measuring about 35 × 30 × 24 cm; the set is a single piece.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Bars and keys are tuned by removing material from the underside, then sealed so moisture does not shift the pitch. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

Orders start at 15 pieces, with about 7 days in production. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

Are the instruments tuned?
Xylophones and glockenspiels are tuned to a diatonic scale. Drums and shakers are checked for tone and volume consistency rather than pitch.
Can instruments carry our brand?
Yes — laser-engraved or printed logo on the body, and a printed box or cotton bag.
Do you supply samples?
Yes. Stock samples are dispatched in 3–7 working days and the sample cost is credited against the production order.
