The play value is simple: hand control from holding a mallet or a brush. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 20*7*12cm in solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Bars and keys are tuned by removing material from the underside, then sealed so moisture does not shift the pitch. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

Pricing starts at 3 pieces and production is around 16 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
