About this product
Our wooden art and music toy — Customizable Logo Hand Tambourines Children's Wood Instrument in Various Sizes — is made for the 3–5 age band. It gives a child the confidence of making a sound on purpose, and gives the adult hand control from holding a mallet or a brush. It measures about 10.0 × 10.0 × 4.5 cm. Material: solid hardwood.
The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Instrument bodies are cut and hollowed, then sanded inside and out before the sound is checked. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
It is quoted at MOQ 50 pieces, with production around 9 days. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
