About this product

Children Montessori Musical Instrument Sets Children Wooden Xylophone Percussion Toys is the kind of wooden musical instrument that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. The point of the toy is cause and effect a child can hear; the second benefit is hand control from holding a mallet or a brush. It measures about 33.8*26*6cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Bars and keys are tuned by removing material from the underside, then sealed so moisture does not shift the pitch. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

Orders start at 16 pieces, with about 31 days in production. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

Are the instruments tuned?
Xylophones and glockenspiels are tuned to a diatonic scale. Drums and shakers are checked for tone and volume consistency rather than pitch.
Can instruments carry our brand?
Yes — laser-engraved or printed logo on the body, and a printed box or cotton bag.
Is there a test report?
Yes, per model: EN71 for the EU, ASTM F963 and CPSIA for the US. Reports are supplied with the quotation.
