Baby Wooden Cartoon Castanets Enlightenment Baby Toys 6 to 12 Months Musical Instrument

About this product

Baby Wooden Cartoon Castanets Enlightenment Baby Toys 6 to 12 Months Musical Instrument is a wooden musical instrument from our Art & Music range, made for babies and toddlers. What it asks for is cause and effect a child can hear, not a screen. The finished piece measures , measuring about 6*5.5cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Instrument bodies are cut and hollowed, then sanded inside and out before the sound is checked. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

Pricing starts at 100 pieces and production is around 7 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
