About this product
8-Piece Eco-friendly Safe Solid Wood Percussion Instrument Set Wooden Sensory Educational is a wooden art and music toy from our Art & Music range, made for preschool children. Children come back to it because it rewards rhythm and turn-taking in a group. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 36*30.5*6cm.
It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Art & music range. Painted parts are finished with water-based paint and checked for EN71-3 migration before packing. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.
Pricing starts at 8 boxes and production is around 9 days. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
