About this product

6/ 8/10 Inch Holographic Wooden Tambourine Drum Musical Instruments is the kind of wooden musical instrument that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. Play is mostly about hand control from holding a mallet or a brush, with a quiet activity next to a loud one arriving without being taught. It measures about 6inch 15cm/8inch 20cm/10inch 25cm. Material: solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Instrument bodies are cut and hollowed, then sanded inside and out before the sound is checked. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

Orders start at 10 pieces, with about 25 days in production. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

Are the instruments tuned?
Xylophones and glockenspiels are tuned to a diatonic scale. Drums and shakers are checked for tone and volume consistency rather than pitch.
Can instruments carry our brand?
Yes — laser-engraved or printed logo on the body, and a printed box or cotton bag.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 10 pieces for stock colours. A custom colourway or printed box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
