This wooden musical instrument belongs to the Art & Music range and is built for children aged three to five. The material and the shape support hand control from holding a mallet or a brush and rhythm and turn-taking in a group. The product is a single piece and measures , measuring about 50 × 42.65 × 39 cm, in solid hardwood.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. Bars and keys are tuned by removing material from the underside, then sealed so moisture does not shift the pitch. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 42 sets, 7-day production. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
