Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Furniture panels are cut from birch plywood or solid pine, edged and sealed on all faces, then assembled with hardware rated for repeated opening. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

MOQ 2 pieces; allow 30 days for production. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
