Wooden Farm Animal Truck Toy - Educational Kids Play Set W04A688

About this product

Built as a wooden pretend vehicle, Wooden Farm Animal Truck Toy - Educational Kids Play Set W04A688 sits in the Pretend & Role Play range. It gives a child hand strength from opening, turning and fitting, and gives the adult the confidence of being the grown-up for once. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 33 × 27 × 34 cm in solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Small props are sanded and painted separately, then packed with an age-appropriate warning panel on the box. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

Pricing starts at 96 sets and production is around 15 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
