About this product
This wooden pretend vehicle belongs to the Pretend & Role Play range and is built for children aged three to five. What it asks for is a story that changes every time it is played, not a screen. The product is a single piece and measures , measuring about 22.3*15*15.5cm, in solid hardwood.
The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Doors, knobs and hinges are fitted and cycled before packing because a play kitchen is opened hundreds of times. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.
MOQ 24 pieces; allow 15 days for production. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
