A wooden play kitchen for children from three years, Design Wooden Educational Cooking Pretend Play Toy Kitchen Toys Mud Kitchen Kids Outdoor is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. Children come back to it because it rewards hand strength from opening, turning and fitting. It measures about 85.5 × 36 × 38 cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Furniture panels are cut from birch plywood or solid pine, edged and sealed on all faces, then assembled with hardware rated for repeated opening. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 2 pieces, 15-day production. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
