The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Shapes are cut, tumbled and hand-sanded to remove splinters, then finished with oil or a water-based stain. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

Pricing starts at 10 sets and production is around 15 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model.
