About this product
This wooden busy board belongs to the Learn & Sort range and is built for the 3–5 age band. The play value is simple: concentration that comes from a material that fits the hand. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 22.50 × 7 × 7 cm in solid hardwood.
The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Knobs and pegs are glued and pinned, then pull-tested at the specified force before packing. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
Pricing starts at 50 pieces and production is around 7 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. A stock sample ships within a week.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
