This wooden shape sorter belongs to the Learn & Sort range and is built for the under-three market. The material and the shape support language for size, colour and number and independent work a child can repeat alone. The product is a single piece and measures , measuring about 28.0 × 24.0 × 4.8 cm, in solid hardwood.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Knobs and pegs are glued and pinned, then pull-tested at the specified force before packing. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

Pricing starts at 32 pieces and production is around 30 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
