The play value is simple: hand control that builds up to writing. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 20 × 20 × 10 cm in solid hardwood.
It is made the way we make everything in this range. Sensorial pieces are cut to matched dimensions so that the size difference is the only variable a child can feel. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
It is quoted at MOQ 2 pieces, with production around 25 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
