This wooden counting frame belongs to the Learn & Sort range and is built for children aged three to five. The play value is simple: concentration that comes from a material that fits the hand. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 25.5 × 7.5 × 2cm in solid beech.
The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Sensorial pieces are cut to matched dimensions so that the size difference is the only variable a child can feel. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
It runs from 2 boxes and takes around 15 days to produce. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
