Part of our Learn & Sort range, Wooden Magnetic Bead Maze for Toddlers 2-4 Fine Motor Skill Toy Preschool Counting is a wooden bead maze designed for preschool children. The point of the toy is sorting and classification that precedes counting; the second benefit is one concept isolated so a child can see it. It measures about 23.7CM. Material: solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Knobs and pegs are glued and pinned, then pull-tested at the specified force before packing. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

Orders start at 10 sets, with about 20 days in production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
