About this product
This wooden counting material belongs to the Learn & Sort range and is built for children aged five to eight. The play value is simple: hand control that builds up to writing. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 35 × 35 × 6 cm in solid hardwood.
Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Boards are finished on both faces, because a material that is wiped down daily needs the same protection underneath. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 50 pieces, 31-day production. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
