About this product
This wooden shape sorter belongs to the Learn & Sort range and is built for preschool children. The point of the toy is independent work a child can repeat alone; the second benefit is language for size, colour and number. The finished piece measures , measuring about 22.3 × 17 × 9.5cm and is cut from solid hardwood.
It is made the way we make everything in this range. Sensorial pieces are cut to matched dimensions so that the size difference is the only variable a child can feel. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.
MOQ 50 sets; allow 7 days for production. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
