Children come back to it because it rewards independent work a child can repeat alone. It measures about 20*17.7*13cm. It is made from solid hardwood.
The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Boards are finished on both faces, because a material that is wiped down daily needs the same protection underneath. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
Pricing starts at 3 pieces and production is around 25 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
