About this product
Our wooden shape sorter — New Montessori Toys Wooden Blocks Shape Sorter Stacking Educational Learning Toys — is made for the 3–5 age band. The play value is simple: language for size, colour and number. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 22*17*9cm, in solid hardwood.
It is made the way we make everything in this range. Boards are finished on both faces, because a material that is wiped down daily needs the same protection underneath. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.
It runs from 3 sets and takes around 15 days to produce. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
