It is designed around language for size, colour and number and concentration that comes from a material that fits the hand. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 5*7*23cm.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Sensorial pieces are cut to matched dimensions so that the size difference is the only variable a child can feel. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

Pricing starts at 2 pieces and production is around 35 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
