Part of our Learn & Sort range, Montessori Toys Wooden Color and Number Maze Board 2-in-1 Beads Counting Game for Toddler is a wooden counting material designed for children aged three to five. It gives a child sorting and classification that precedes counting, and gives the adult hand control that builds up to writing. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 27.5 × 24.5 × 2.6 cm in solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Sensorial pieces are cut to matched dimensions so that the size difference is the only variable a child can feel. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

It runs from 2 sets and takes around 25 days to produce. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
