This wooden counting material belongs to the Learn & Sort range and is built for children from 12 months. Children come back to it because it rewards hand control that builds up to writing. The finished piece measures , measuring about 24.5 × 16.5 × 3.5 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Boards are finished on both faces, because a material that is wiped down daily needs the same protection underneath. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 3 pieces, 7-day production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
