A wooden counting frame for children from three years, Kids Math Teaching Aids Calculating Tool Wooden Abacus Toy 7 9 11 13 15 17 Digits Rods is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. It gives a child independent work a child can repeat alone, and gives the adult language for size, colour and number. Dimensions are , measuring about 25*7.5*1.6 cm; the set is a single piece.
The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Knobs and pegs are glued and pinned, then pull-tested at the specified force before packing. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.
Pricing starts at 100 pieces and production is around 31 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
