About this product
A wooden sorting material for children from three years, Kids Early Educational CPC CE 155pcs Wooden Shape Puzzles Colorful Geometry Matching is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. It is designed around language for size, colour and number and independent work a child can repeat alone. 155-piece set. The finished piece is about 27 × 24 × 6 cm. Material: solid hardwood.
The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Sensorial pieces are cut to matched dimensions so that the size difference is the only variable a child can feel. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
It runs from 60 pieces and takes around 20 days to produce. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. A stock sample ships within a week.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
