Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Boards are finished on both faces, because a material that is wiped down daily needs the same protection underneath. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
