This wooden shape sorter belongs to the Learn & Sort range and is built for the 3–5 age band. What it asks for is concentration that comes from a material that fits the hand, not a screen. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 24.5*25*2cm, in solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Boards are finished on both faces, because a material that is wiped down daily needs the same protection underneath. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

Pricing starts at 10 boxes and production is around 25 days. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
