This wooden shape sorter belongs to the Learn & Sort range and is built for school-age children. What it asks for is independent work a child can repeat alone, not a screen. The finished piece measures , measuring about 53 × 48.5 × 37.5 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.
It is made the way we make everything in this range. Sensorial pieces are cut to matched dimensions so that the size difference is the only variable a child can feel. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.
It runs from 240 pieces and takes around 31 days to produce. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. A stock sample ships within a week.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
