This wooden shape sorter belongs to the Learn & Sort range and is built for children aged three to five. The play value is simple: independent work a child can repeat alone. The finished piece measures , measuring about 30.0 × 15.0 × 10.0 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. Boards are finished on both faces, because a material that is wiped down daily needs the same protection underneath. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

Orders start at 200 pieces, with about 9 days in production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
