The point of the toy is one concept isolated so a child can see it; the second benefit is hand control that builds up to writing. Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Knobs and pegs are glued and pinned, then pull-tested at the specified force before packing. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model.
