Children come back to it because it rewards sorting and classification that precedes counting. The product is a single piece and measures , measuring about 23*19*2.3cm/0.36kg, in solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Boards are finished on both faces, because a material that is wiped down daily needs the same protection underneath. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

It runs from 48 sets and takes around 15 days to produce. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
