Our wooden board game — Word Building Board Game 150 Wooden Letter Tiles Family Spelling Game Vocabulary Learning — is made for the 3–5 age band. Children come back to it because it rewards strategy a child can feel working. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 22 × 22 × 5 cm.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Boards are printed on a sealed surface and finished with a water-based varnish so pieces slide without scuffing the print. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

MOQ is 500 pieces; lead time is about 35 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

Can we localise the rules sheet?
Yes. Send the translation; we typeset it to the box format and proof it before printing. Languages we have printed include English, German, French, Spanish and Japanese.
Do you supply the game pieces in a bag?
Yes — cotton bag, drawstring bag, or a fitted insert in the box. Bag printing is available from 500 pieces.
Is there a test report?
Yes, per model: EN71 for the EU, ASTM F963 and CPSIA for the US. Reports are supplied with the quotation.
