About this product

In the Games & Logic range, Wooden & Paper Portable Indoor Board Game Set with Durable Eco-Friendly Design is a wooden board game for children from five years. It is designed around a screen-free hour that adults enjoy too and strategy a child can feel working. It measures about 15 × 9 × 4 cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Boards are printed on a sealed surface and finished with a water-based varnish so pieces slide without scuffing the print. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

It runs from 300 sets and takes around 31 days to produce. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

Can we localise the rules sheet?
Yes. Send the translation; we typeset it to the box format and proof it before printing. Languages we have printed include English, German, French, Spanish and Japanese.
Do you supply the game pieces in a bag?
Yes — cotton bag, drawstring bag, or a fitted insert in the box. Bag printing is available from 500 pieces.
Can we customise it?
Yes — logo, colour, wood species, packaging and barcode. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling.
