About this product

Wooden Memory Chess Board Game Montessori Educational Toy with Color Dice Peg Pieces is the kind of wooden board game that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. What it asks for is the social glue of a table game, not a screen. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 16.5*16.5*4cm/0.3kg in solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Each game is packed with a rules sheet and a piece count check before the box is sealed. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

It runs from 40 pieces and takes around 31 days to produce. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
