About this product

A wooden board game for the 5–8 age band, Wooden Kongming Lock Puzzles 3D Interlocking Toys IQ Brain Teasers Unlocks Board Game is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. The point of the toy is the social glue of a table game; the second benefit is strategy a child can feel working. The finished piece measures , measuring about 10 × 10 × 10 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. Playing pieces are turned or laser-cut, tumbled and checked for consistency so a set plays without wobble. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

Pricing starts at 20 pieces and production is around 35 days. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

Can we localise the rules sheet?
Yes. Send the translation; we typeset it to the box format and proof it before printing. Languages we have printed include English, German, French, Spanish and Japanese.
Do you supply the game pieces in a bag?
Yes — cotton bag, drawstring bag, or a fitted insert in the box. Bag printing is available from 500 pieces.
How is it packed?
