About this product

This games toy belongs to the Games & Logic range and is built for school-age children. The material and the shape support memory and pattern practice disguised as play and the social glue of a table game. The product is a single piece and measures , measuring about 30 × 30 × 15 cm, in solid pine.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Each game is packed with a rules sheet and a piece count check before the box is sealed. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

500 sets is the minimum run and production takes roughly 30 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
