About this product

In the Games & Logic range, Wooden Brain Teaser Puzzles for Children New Level of Challenge for Those who Love Good is a wooden table game for children from three years. Play is mostly about a screen-free hour that adults enjoy too, with the social glue of a table game arriving without being taught. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 15.5 × 15.5 × 2.2 cm.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Boards are printed on a sealed surface and finished with a water-based varnish so pieces slide without scuffing the print. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

It runs from 100 sets and takes around 7 days to produce. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
