The point of the toy is memory and pattern practice disguised as play; the second benefit is a compact gift that travels well. The finished piece measures , measuring about 42 × 24 × 9 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Boards are printed on a sealed surface and finished with a water-based varnish so pieces slide without scuffing the print. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

MOQ 1 set; allow 25 days for production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model.
